Ecogate
Ecogate 2009 Competition Finalist

RSI Home Products, a manufacturer of kitchen, bath, and home organization products, wanted to lower operating costs for two 400-horsepower ventilation systems used in their 675,000 square foot cabinet manufacturing facility in Anaheim.

 

Working with Ecogate and RSI, Anaheim Public Utilities provided $100,000 in incentives to help install Ecogate's industrial ventilation systems with their patented greenBOX technology.  The result? The first few months of operation indicated a 61% reduction in energy use, which translates into an annual energy bill savings of $200,000!  To learn more about this story, go here.

Enovative

The City of Anaheim received federal stimulus funding to conduct pilot installations of Enovative's  demand-controlled hot water pumps at various city facilities in late 2009. Four Enovative pumps were installated at various city facilities beginning in October 2010.
